First of all they arrived super quick, the insoles come in a resealable bag, and have individual pouches for each insole, this is perfect if you only want to use them as and when, I wear these every day. They are a discreet colour, light weight, and flexible so they move with your shoe all while offering a high level of support to your foot. They are very comfortable and take minimal space up. I’ve used them in a number of shoes, they are super easy to quickly take out and put in which is handy for those last minute shoe changes. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for insoles, I love them!
